Life & ADHD Coaching

What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between the coach and client that is built on both trust and confidentiality. The coach inspires the client to explore and maximize their personal potential in order to live a more fulfilling life. Robyn partners with her clients to help them achieve clarity, success, and fulfillment. She supports clients by creating a space full of respect, motivation, and support. Robyn specializes in compassionate, intuitive, and judgment-free listening, which enables clients to access the answers they seek.

She guides clients through challenging issues that arise from an ADHD diagnosis and always works towards empowerment, self-confidence, and a happier, more productive life for each and every client.

Life Coaching and ADHD

Understanding and treating ADHD is essential if true and lasting improvements are to be made. Whether you have been diagnosed by a medical doctor or find yourself struggling to stay organized and focused, the next step is to learn how to properly manage your life.

Robyn will help you understand your ADHD diagnosis. She will work with you to identify goals, create structure, prioritize, and build time management skills. She will help you increase awareness of your learning style to better process information.

As your life coach, Robyn will provide you with the support needed to increase self-awareness and self-esteem. Together we will create a manageable plan to help you get organized and experience academic and personal success.

Coaching is not covered by health insurance. If you have an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account), you may be able to use that for coaching sessions. Please check with your account provider.

Areas of focus include: confidence building, scheduling, goal setting, organization, and prioritization all with the ADHD brain in mind.
